On the demand of the customers, the masala of egg roll is prepared by rolling the roti and then adding chowmin, cabbage, carrot, onion, beet, lemon, chaat masala, black salt etc. On the demand of the customers, tomato, chilli sauce and chaat are added to the hot roll. It is served to people after adding spices.

Due to some personal reasons, I returned to my home in Palamu. I returned to Gumla a few months ago after about 8 years. I have been running a fast food stall in Karamtoli since 1 month. Egg roll and momo are quite famous here. Talking about the price, single egg roll is available at the rate of Rs 30, double egg roll at Rs 40, veg roll at Rs 20 per piece. Apart from this, Chowmin, Chilli, Burger, Dosa, Idli etc. are also available here. Our stall remains open from 8 am to 8:00 pm.
